THE NEXT RIGHT THING
When one cannot see the future,
all one can do is the next right thing.
- Anna, Frozen 2
What we do next as a community during the course of any given day is how we flatten the COVID-19 curve.
Adhere to the five best practices set out by the World Health Organization.
Persevere with grit and diligence.
Check on neighbors, those at work and home.
Exercise mental and physical health.
Be thankful for the blessings we have and the nature that surrounds us.
We at Cage Cap are here to support you in every way we can whether it be strength and conditioning, technical and tactical discussions, or simply to listen.
Call, text or email.
Only a goalie can appreciate what a goalie goes through.
– Jacques Plante
WHAT WE DO
Cage Cap's area of instruction is singular: the development and training of the water polo goalkeeper.
We train goalkeepers to have the confidence, creativity and fundamental skills necessary to make a game-winning save.
But, we place equal emphasis on cultivating a goalkeeper’s toughness, grit and character for when she or he misses that save.
Simply stated, we strive to establish a strong body, strong mind and strong voice for each of our goalkeepers.

WHERE WE ARE
Cage Cap trains wherever goalkeepers are -- individually or within the team setting.
Cage Cap tailors its approach to your specific needs whether it be a single session, a series of sessions in-season or off-season, a multi-day camp or as a member of your staff.
